Yvonne Caole-Sousa launched UME in 2015 after years of management in the hospitality industry. Her career began while finishing her degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management at the University of Johnson & Wales. Following, she gained knowledge and experienced throughout her trade as a Banquet Manager, Food and Beverage Director and Social Catering Sales Manager for a Luxury Boutique hotel and a Golf Resort. Soon she realized working for a venue was limited and she craved more. With the support of her family and past clients, UME was created.
Yvonne is a conversationalist and can always create a clear picture of anything your trying to imagine. Displaying a true representation of her clients in the design and creation of the event. She will create outside of the box, and has the experience and knowledge to make sure all the logistics have been covered. With Yvonne, your event is not bound to any social or traditional standard, but rather making it your own. Creating a unique event is what drives her.
