What if the planner isn’t knowledgeable about the topic I want to talk about?

During the booking process, there is a form that requests more information about what you’re looking to discuss. This allows the planner to review your request prior to the appointment date/time, and “freshen up” if needed, so they can best serve you when it is time to meet.


I don’t feel satisfied after my appointment, what can I do?

Feel free to reach out to contactus@thefirstlook.com after your appointment if you don’t feel satisfied with your planner’s session.


Are there only “a la carte” options, or can I sign up for a subscription?

We currently only offer a la carte consultations.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The First Look uses Stripe as it’s payment processing platform. This allows all major credit cards to be used when booking an appointment.
